This story began on the factory floor, where I took my first steps as a production operator. But my connection to the meat trades goes back to my father. It was with him that this family story began, before continuing with my generation. Every day I learned a new skill, a new station, a new way of doing things better. The more I discovered this trade, the more I wanted to share what I was learning.
Little by little, that dream grew: to pass on my expertise, to build close-knit teams and give them the means to reach a high level of performance together. That is how RM COUPEDESOS was born, driven by a love of the trade and the belief that with hard work, strength and courage, we can go further together.
Today, I hope this expertise will keep growing and, in turn, be passed on to future generations.
